Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Our processing time is 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processing the following business days.

During special promotions, new product launches, holidays, and other peak periods order processing may extend beyond the standard 1 - 3 business days. Weekend deliveries follow the carrier's standard terms. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Our warehouse is closed and will not be shipping on all major US holidays.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer two shipping methods: Economy: 5-8 business days - $10 Flat Fee or Standard: 3-4 business days - $15 Flat Fee
Depending on your shipping destination, your package will be shipped with DHL or USPS. Additional carriers may be added in the future.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please email supplements@theroxburyinstitute.com

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note, we are not responsibility for stolen or lost packages. If your package has been lost or stuck in transit, email supplements@theroxburyinstitute.com

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email shipping notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number that is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
All 50 US States including District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, PO Box and Miliatry FPO/APO.

DAMAGED TEMS
If you receive a damaged or unsealed product, please contact our customer service team by emailing supplements@theroxburyinstitute.com

You will be asked to provide your order number, a photo or video of the product and packaging as it was originally received.

INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We will be making changes in the future!
